Dr. Stan Littleton is a native of the Birmingham, Alabama area. His spiritual heritage is in the Baptist and Methodist church. Prior to going to college Stan was involved in numerous Lay Witness missions. He embraced Wesleyan Theology early in his Christian experience.

He met his wife, Darlene, while attending college. They have been married for almost 33 years. The couple has two children, Nicholas (age 31), who presently teaches English in China. Their daughter, Sabrina (age 24), graduated Georgia Regents University in 2010. She currently lives near Seattle, Washington and is employed by the Park Service there.

Stan holds a Master of Divinity Degree. In 2010 he completed his Doctor of Minister Degree from Erskine Theological Seminary in Due West, South Carolina. He has a real heart for preaching and teaches with an engaging style.

Stan came into the South Georgia Conference in the spring of 2002.  He has served on numerous district committees and is currently the clergy cluster coordinator for Washington County.

His wife, Darlene, has an employment background in banking and medical records. The couple are talented singers. Darlene plays the piano and the keyboard. The Littletons have a good rapport with people of all ages.
